OLAVARRÍA

In OLAVARRÍA, Analía returns to her childhood home after the passing of her grandmother, who lived there until the age of 108. The house, closed for three years and now awaiting sale, becomes the quiet subject of a photographic exploration.

Set in a town once defined by the prosperity of its cement factory, a promise long since faded, the project reflects on memory, origin, and the silent persistence of objects. Through images of empty rooms, an ever-leaking pool, and the traces of family life, the work contemplates what remains when a place slips into the past.

This is a meditation on belonging, loss, and the legacy of spaces that future generations will know only through photographs.
